GENERAL CONDITIONS
. Rates are expressed in U.S. dollars. Prices per person, it’s subject to change without notice.
. The travel agency may conduct private services and group SIC.
. The time of entry to the hotels is provided from 12:00 hours and departure time at 9:00 pm, may be the case that the room is available before or after.
. All reservation is subject to availability of spaces in hotels and services.
. When booking, we must to charge the amount corresponding to 30% of the total. The final payment for groups will begin 15 days before the tour and 05 days prior to free passengers.
. Is responsibility of the traveler to have the documentation of their current identification such as visa, passport, identity card, birth certificate, student card ISIC CARD etc if necessary. . Once you confirm a reservation the passenger must submit your personal information such as name, nationality, passport number or ID number, age and date of birth. All existing.

- NO SHOW will be charged in the following case
a) Failure to comply with the timetable set out in their programs informed by the travel agency.
For a group
a) Will be charged 25% of the total for groups if cancellation takes place 30 days before the tour started.
b) Will be charged 50% of the total amount if cancellation groups is between 15 to 29 days before the tour started.
c) Will be charged 75% of the total for groups if cancellation takes place between 07 days to 14 days before the tour started.
d) To cancel the same day of travel or not to take the tour will charge 100%.
For individuals.
a) Will be charged 25% of the total amount if cancellation occurs 15 days before the tour started.
b) Will be charged 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 07 to 14 days before the tour started.
c) Will be charged 100% if cancellation takes place the same day of travel or no show on tour.
d) If the passenger decides to leave the tour once travel has commenced, there will be no reimbursement for contracted services such as hotel, scheduled visits and other services.
e) All changes in the reserve assume for extra costs by the traveler.
f) The travel agency may amend or suspend the services or programs to provide better service to passengers and accommodate unscheduled contingency or force majeure.
g) In case of change of program or hotel, the traveler will be immediately informed and stay at a hotel in the same or similar category.The costs incurred due to the changes requested by the passenger will be a responsibility of the passenger
h) Go2Inkas S.A.C. is not responsible for the changes caused by external factors such as strikes, mechanical failures, weather, illness or unforeseen circumstances. As the company contracts services to third parties which have their own policies.
i) Passengers voluntarily desist from using any services included in the tour program are not entitled to claim refunds for those services. No refunds for any unused service, including transfers and hotel reservations. It does not include lodging, meals and / or additional expenses not included or damages that may result from tour cancellations and alterations and / or services, delays in departures or arrivals in the transportation, or for unforeseen reasons beyond our Company.
j) The adoption of these conditions will be considered acceptance of them.
NOT INCLUDED:
• Flights, unless requested by the passenger.
• Visa costs.
• Excess baggage.
• Bank transfer costs.
• Passport processing costs.
• Tax. If the passenger present their immigration card current no more of 30 days, they are exonerated to pay this tax.
• Bank Transfer 2% of the total.
• Tips for personal, as guides, drivers, bellboys, etc.
• Any service not specified in the inclusions.
• Extras of any kind or expenses that are not adequately specified in the inclusions (alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, etc.)
